We used Michael’s as our transportation company of choice for a CT beer trail tour for about 25 people. From the beginning, Michael’s worked with us to ensure that our day went according to plan. The driver was excellent. She was courteous, professional and above all ensured that all of our needs were accommodated. We had such a great time and a large part of that was due to the reassurance that we were in safe hands. I will absolutely be planning another tour and Michael’s will be my transportation company of choice.

We got a mini party bus for our wedding this past Saturday. It was great! There were 12 of us in our wedding party and we had PLENTY of space. We were impressed by the wood floor and the lights. It was a really nice vehicle. The driver was excellent and made our time really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I was hesitant reserving a “party bus” for my mother’s 70th birthday party but WOW!  The driver was on time, professional, and courteous.  The bus was clean, bottled water in the cooler and festive lighting sealed the deal!  My mother and family had a super time…I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them in the future…The limo bus was high-end and wonderful!!

I did a wedding cruise and I booked a bus for 24 people about a month ago to be picked up at my house and transported to NY pier and then picked up and brought back a week later. Sophia worked with me for the booking and set up. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Todd was our driver and he was very professional and a great driver, especially through the streets of NY! When he picked us up on the way back is was a nightmare getting his bus into the terminal to load all of us on. He did it with a smile and got us all home safely. I couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish! Thank you guys very much.

Excellent Experience!!! Booked a 43 passenger bus for our class field trip, process was easy & simple, very fairly priced. The bus arrived to pick everyone up and was 10 minuets early, our driver was pleasant and most importantly got us to and from safely. Highly recommend!!
